Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- light cream - 1/3 c
- onion salt - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- fresh chopped parsley - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
How to make buffet potatoes:
Pare potatoes and cut lengthwise as for French fries. Place potatoes in center of a large piece of aluminum foil (double thickness). Shape foil to form a baking dish. Dot potatoes with butter; sprinkle with seasonings and cheese. Pour cream over all. Seal foil and cook over hot coals for one to one and a half hours.
