  • red hot sauce - 2 10

How to make buffalo wings:

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. When oil is sizzling hot, add wings a few at a time. Fry, turning until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Place wings in stainless steel bowl. Drizzle melted butter over wings, covering each with pastry brush. Add hot sauce over each wing, spreading with pastry brush. For mild sauce, use 2 tablespoons; for medium, use 4 tablespoons and for extra hot, use 10 tablespoons. Serve with Blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
