Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 4 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- bag chocolate chips - 12 oz
- box brown sugar - 1 item
- corn flakes - 2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- regular oatmeal - 2 c
How to make buffalo chips:
Cream butter and sugars; add vanilla, then eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to batter. Chill dough. To make "real" buffalo chips, each cookie should be made from 1/4 cup cookie dough, or they can be made in smaller version.
