- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1 pt
- garlic powder - 4 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- black pepper - 2 tsp
- red hot sauce - 1 item
- pineapple chunks - 1 lb
- white vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- flour for dredging - 1 item
- sherry cooking wine - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breast boneless - 3 lb
- Cucumber Ranch Dressing - 1 item
- medium cucumbers, diced - 2 item
How to make buffalo chicken wings:
Ranch Dressing:3 c. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine2 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 lb. pineapple chunks1 pt. honey4 Tbsp. garlic powder2 tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. white vinegar2 medium cucumbers, diced Preheat oven to 350°. Cut chicken into 2 to 3 strips. Coat with flour. Bake for 7 minutes. Dip chicken in hot sauce and bake for 12 more minutes. Serve with Cucumber Ranch Dressing. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 20 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.For Dressing: Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 4 hours and serve.
