  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 5 c
  • chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • bar paraffin - 1/2 item

How to make buckeyes:

Mix first 4 ingredients like pie dough; roll to size of walnut. Set on wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler. Leave the pan of water under the melted chocolate while dipping the balls. Set on wax paper on cookie sheet and cool. Store in tight container in refrigerator.
