Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
- olive oil
- dried oregano - 1/4 tsp
- large tomato, diced - 1 item
- diced red onion - 6 Tbsp
- slices Italian bread 1/4-inch thick - 6 item
How to make bruschetta:
Toast bread; set aside. Combine tomato, onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, salt and oregano with pepper. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon tomato mixture over top of toasted bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Italian, European.
