Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 3/4 qt
- ground beef - 3 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- ground pork - 3 lb
- large onions - 2 item
- cans corn - 2 item
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1/2 bottles catsup - 1 item
How to make brunswick stew:
Brown pork and beef with onions in 4 tablespoons of oil for about 15 minutes. Add cut up chicken and rest of ingredients. Cook for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Stew.
