Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 10 item
- shredded American cheese - 2 c
How to make brunch eggs:
Layer cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine next four ingredients and pour half over the cheese. Pour eggs over the cheese. Pour remaining cream over the eggs. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Breakfast.
