Ingredients/Components

- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- crescent refrigerator rolls - 1 (8
How to make brunch casserole:
Crumble sausage in medium skillet. Cook until brown and drain well. Line the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
