  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • crescent refrigerator rolls - 1 (8

How to make brunch casserole:

Crumble sausage in medium skillet. Cook until brown and drain well. Line the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
