Brunch casserole



  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • biscuit mix - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 6 Tbsp
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • cooked meat sausage, bacon, etc - 1 c

How to make brunch casserole:

Combine milk, biscuit mix, margarine, salt and eggs in a blender; mix well. Turn into ungreased Pyrex dish. Add meat, poking into batter. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° until top is golden, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This can be put together the night before and refrigerated. Bake the next morning.
