Brunch casserole



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 4 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can crescent rolls - 1 oz
  • Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated - 1 to
  • sausage ground, brown and drain well - 1 lb
  • milk, blend with eggs - 3/4 c

How to make brunch casserole:

Brown sausage; drain well. Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls. Press firmly to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.
