Brunch casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated - 1 to
- sausage ground, brown and drain well - 1 lb
- milk, blend with eggs - 3/4 c
How to make brunch casserole:
Brown sausage; drain well. Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls. Press firmly to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
