Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- flour
- baking powder
- unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
How to make brownie muffins:
Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in center. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in nuts. Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
