Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- unsifted flour - 1 c
- sq - 3 oz
How to make brownie cookies:
Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler, then cool. Beat eggs and shortening together well. Add sugar; beat until well mixed. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Mix well. Spoon into greased and floured pan that is 9 x 5-inch. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
