  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 oz
  • 8 oz
  • mini chocolate chips - 1/2 c

How to make brownie chocolate chip cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of 9-inch spring-form pan. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until set.

Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chips.

Pour into prepared pan. Reduce oven temperature to 300°. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove side of spring-form pan. Garnish as desired.
