Ingredients/Components
- cups all purpose flour - 2 item
- cups sugar - 2 item
- tsp cinnamon - 1 item
- tsp baking soda - 2 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- cup water - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- cup buttermilk - 1/2 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- Set aside
- Tbsp buttermilk - 6 item
- cups powdered sugar - 4 item
How to make brownie cake:
In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and soda. Set aside. In saucepan, add butter, cocoa, and water. Cook over med heat until butter is completely melted. Remove from heat and add to cocoa mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, then frost.Frosting1 stick butter, melted2 1/2 Tbsp Hershey's cocoa6 Tbsp buttermilk4 cups powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients together until thick. Spread over cake.
