Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • frozen broccoli - 2 pkgs
  • onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • herbed stuffing mix - 1 pkg

How to make broccoli with stuffing:

Cook broccoli per pkg. instructions. Add eggs, onions, soup, and mayonnaise to make a sauce. In a casserole dish put down a layer of broccoli, a layer of cheese, and cover in a small amount of sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
