Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- water - 6 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken bouillon - 3 tsp
- American cheese, cut up - 8 oz
How to make broccoli soup:
Saute onion in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in flour until completely blended. Add water, bouillon, garlic and pepper. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add broccoli and milk. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in half and half. Add cheese.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
