Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 6 c
- water - 6 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- very fine cut egg noodles - 8 oz
How to make broccoli soup:
Saute onion in oil. Add water and bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Add noodles and bring back to a boil, then add garlic powder and broccoli. Cook about 5 minutes and add milk, shredded cheese and pepper. Cook and stir occasionally until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
