Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- coarsely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- salt scant - 1 tsp
- chopped broccoli 10 oz - 2 c
How to make broccoli soup:
Cook together broccoli, onion, bouillon cubes, salt and water 25 minutes. Add cornstarch to milk (mix well). Add to ingredients; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
