Broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 qt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped carrots - 1 c
- large jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- to 8 chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- raw chopped potatoes - 2 c
How to make broccoli soup:
In large pan, place potatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots and onion in 2 quarts water. Cook for about 20 minutes; do not drain. Add to the cooked vegetables the flour, milk and Cheez Whiz. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir constantly. This will make about 1 gallon of soup.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
