Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- water - 4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- American cheese
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Accent
- onions - 1/2 c
- chopped broccoli - 1/2 lb
- whole milk - 2/3 c
How to make broccoli soup:
Cook broccoli and onions in water until tender (about 5 minutes). Add seasonings, butter and cheese. Cook until melted. Combine 2/3 cup water and flour, then add to soup and stir briskly.
