Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1/2 pkg
- Velveeta cheese - 4 oz
- stalks celery - 3 item
- onion - 1 item
- sharp cheese - 4 oz
- head broccoli - 1 item
- medium potato - 1 item
How to make broccoli soup:
Cook first 4 ingredients until soft. Blend to puree or use potato masher. Return to saucepan and add cheese, Velveeta and cream cheese. Heat over low until cheese melts.
