Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 qt
- garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- thyme - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 2 Tbsp
- nutritional yeast - 1 c
- stalks celery, diced - 5 item
- broccoli heads - 10 item
How to make broccoli soup:
Cut broccoli flowers from stems and peel stems. Grate stems and potatoes in food processor. Cook in 4-quarts of water. When soup comes to a boil, add all other ingredients. Cook until done. Yields 8 servings.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
