Broccoli rice casserole



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
  • uncooked instant rice - 1 c
  • Cheez Whiz spread - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli rice casserole:

Saute onion and broccoli in oleo until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

To make this into a main course dish, add 2 cups chopped, cooked ham when adding other ingredients. Serves 6.
