Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- uncooked instant rice - 1 c
- Cheez Whiz spread - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onion and broccoli in oleo until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.To make this into a main course dish, add 2 cups chopped, cooked ham when adding other ingredients. Serves 6.
