Broccoli puff
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded American cheese - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli puff:
Cook broccoli without salt; drain. Place in 2 quart greased baking dish. Stir together soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise and eggs. Pour over broccoli. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Cheese.
