Broccoli potato bake
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 tsp
- small potatoes, peeled and diced - 4 item
- grated Cheddar cheese 1 oz - 1/4 c
How to make broccoli potato bake:
Cook, drain and mash the potatoes with diet margarine, salt and milk. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well and fold into mashed potatoes. Put in casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
