- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- cottage cheese - 3/4 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Combine melted oleo, onion, salt, cheese, eggs and broccoli. Blend and stir muffin mix in. Pour into a greased well 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
