- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam; set aside. Mix together all the ingredients well. Pour into baking dish and bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove and cut into squares. Serve while hot.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
