Broccoli cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• cottage cheese - 6 oz
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• chopped broccoli, drained - 1 pkg

How to make broccoli cornbread:

Mix all ingredients with 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix. Bake at 400° for 15 or 20 minutes. (Grease pan.)
