- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine, softened - 1 item
- chopped broccoli, thawed uncooked; if using fresh, blanch it - 1 pkg
- boxes "Jiffy" cornbread mix - 2 item
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Mix in order given. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400°. Let set a few minutes before slicing.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
