- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- broccoli
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- slices cooked bacon, chopped - 3 item
- pimiento for decoration - 1 item
How to make broccoli corn casserole:
Soak bread crumbs in milk and egg. Set aside. Cook onion in margarine. Mix all ingredients (except bacon and pimiento) in a greased casserole dish. Top with bacon and pimiento. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
