Broccoli corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can Niblets corn - 1 item
- coarsely crushed chicken-flavored crackers
How to make broccoli corn casserole:
Thaw broccoli. Mix butter with cracker crumbs; reserve 1/2 cup. Mix remaining crumbs with broccoli, corn and seasonings. Turn into a buttered shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup butter crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
