Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- cottage cheese - 6 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- box corn muffin mix - 1 1/2
How to make broccoli corn bread:
Combine all ingredients except muffin mix. Stir in muffin mix. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.Recipe categories: Breads, Onions, Broccoli.
