Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 6 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 6 c
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- Velveeta - 1 lb
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion in oil until tender. Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve cubes. Add noodles and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
