Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- water - 3 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped broccoli - 10 oz
- pasteurized process cheese spread - 4 oz
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Mix 3 cups water, bouillon cubes and onions. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli and simmer 10 minutes. Add pepper, garlic powder, milk and cheese.When cheese melts, add flour and water for thickening. Heat until thickened.
