- milk - 4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- cheese - 1 lb
- carrots - 1 c
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- broccoli - 2 c
- salt, pepper and cayenne - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
How to make broccoli-cheese soup:
Chop up onion, celery, carrots and broccoli. Saute in oleo. Add broccoli last. Add flour and chicken broth. Stir, about 2 minutes. Add milk and heat until near boiling. Add cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
