Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- oil
- Velveeta cheese - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli
- chicken or turkey broth - 2 c
- frozen egg noodles - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion in oil until tender. Add salt and pepper, broth, water and milk. Bring to a hard boil. Add egg noodles. Cook until half done. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
