Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- paprika - 1 item
- 4 oz - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and spoon into a tightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Set aside. Combine soups, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, mayonnaise, eggs and red pepper. Spoon soup mixture evenly over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
