Broccoli cheese casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- Velveeta cheese 1 small box, diced - 1/2 lb
- stick margarine - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
How to make broccoli cheese casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. While hot, add 1/2 of the stick of margarine and the cheese. Stir slightly and add salt, pepper and onion flakes. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a frying pan. Crumble crackers and slightly brown them. Spread the crackers over the broccoli and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.May use 1 chopped and 1 box pieces of broccoli. May prepare in advance and bake next day.
