Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 12 oz
- pats of butter - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli, then mix 1/2 the cheese and all the mixture, except cracker crumbs and pats of butter. Spread remainder of cheese on top in casserole dish. Spread cracker crumbs on top and pats of butter on top of crumbs. Cover and cook at 350° until bubbles and crumbs are brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
