- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- medium grated onion - 1 item
- crumbs for topping - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Add other ingredients. Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with oleo. Pour mixture into dish and cover with desired topping (bread crumbs mixed with oleo or grated Cheddar cheese or melted oleo and crushed cornflakes).Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
