Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- 2 pkg - 2 c
- grated cheese sharp/extra sharp - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain. Beat eggs and mix with soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Place broccoli in buttered dish. Pour sauce over broccoli. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
