Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli, cooked and drained - 3 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Melt butter; add soup and cheese. Stir until melted. Add onion and broccoli. Stir in 1/2 cup crumbs. Place in a greased casserole. Top with remaining crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
