Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- melted cheese - 1 jar
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook onions, broccoli and celery soup together. Add butter; mix well with other ingredients, except French fried onions. Bake in buttered dish for 30 minutes at 350°. Add French fried onions on top of casserole; bake 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
