Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- frozen broccoli
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 2 c
- shredded cheese Velveeta is great - 2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Place broccoli in colander and run hot water over it for a few minutes. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Place onion on top of broccoli. Top with soup and milk (best if mixed together first). Top with cheese. Melt butter and pour into cracker crumbs. Stir until all crumbs are coated, then pour on top of casserole.
