Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain. Combine eggs, soup, cheese and mayo. Fold in broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with crackers and dot with butter or margarine. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
