Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain and cool. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soup and beaten eggs. Add broccoli to cheese mixture and place in buttered baking dish. Top with crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
