Broccoli casserole



  • 8 oz
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • each pkg - 2 oz

How to make broccoli casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare broccoli according to package direction, using minimum cooking time. Drain broccoli and arrange evenly over bottom of 2-quart baking dish. In small mixing bowl, blend soup and milk. Pour over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes. Remove casserole from oven. Top with onion rings and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
