Ingredients/Components
- Ritz crackers - 4 oz
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 boxes
- Velveeta cheese, cubed in small pieces - 1/2 lb
- stick butter 1/2 for casserole and 1/2 for topping - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions on boxes; drain off water and put broccoli in a casserole dish. Add butter (1/2 of the stick), cut in pieces and the cubed cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.Topping: Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with the remaining 1/2 stick of butter (melted). Spread over top of broccoli. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
