Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 20 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- box Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- bread crumbs approximately - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Steam broccoli until almost cooked. Drain and put in casserole dish. Warm soup and milk in saucepan and pour over broccoli. Cut cheese into strips and punch down into mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and sprinkle on bread crumbs that have been moistened with melted butter. Put back in oven until bread crumbs are brown.
